    Chuck Roast and Beyond

    Ingredients:

    • 4-5 lb. chuck roast
    • Steak seasoning, I like Montreal seasoning
    • 2 cups beef broth

    Directions:

    1. Season the chuck roast with steak seasoning and sear until browned on all sides.
    2. Remove and put in a slow cooker with beef broth. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
