    Christmas Popcorn

    Ingredients:

    • 9 cups lightly salted popcorn
    • 12 oz. bag white chocolate chips
    • 2 tsp. coconut oil or vegetable oil
    • 10 oz. bag Christmas hard shelled chocolate candies
    • Optional Christmas sprinkles

    Directions:

    1. Line a large pan with parchment or foil; set aside.
    2. Prepare popcorn and remove any un-popped kernels.
    3. Sprinkle candy over the popcorn.
    4. Microwave chocolate and oil in 15-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Pour melted chocolate over popcorn and candy; stir until coated.
    5. Spread popcorn on the pan; add sprinkles if desired.
    6. Let harden and then break into pieces.
