    Chicken and Rice Casserole

    Ingredients:

    • 3 cups cooked chicken – cut in small pieces
    • 2 cups cooked white rice
    • 4 diced hard boiled eggs
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 1 diced medium green pepper
    • ½ cup diced onion
    • 1 cup diced celery
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice

    Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients place in well greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Refrigerate overnight.  Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
