Cheese Spread

    Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 ozs Port wine
    • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
    • 12 ozs. Cheddar cheese spread, softened
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
    • 1 1/2 ozs. Worcestershire sauce

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Store in container with lid. Refrigerate. Serve on crackers using knife to spread on cheese.
