    Ingredients

    • 3/4 Velveeta, cubed or shredded (or grated Cheddar cheese)
    • 1/4 lb. butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 s confectioner’s sugar
    • 1/4 cocoa powder
    • chopped nuts

    Directions

    Melt cheese and butter. Remove from heat. Add confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa. Make into ball; knead and press into buttered 8-inch square pan. Chopped nuts are optional.
