    Cheese Crispies Snacks

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 pinch garlic powder
    • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
    • To taste freshly ground black pepper

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. In a large bowl, combine cheese, butter, flour, crispy rice cereal, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Mix well and form dough into small balls; you should have about 50 balls.
    3. Flatten each ball with your fingertips until the dough is very thin, and arrange the discs on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
    4. Bake for 12 minutes or until the crispies have slightly browned edges.
