Cheddar & Garlic Biscuits

    Ingredients:

    • 5 cups biscuit baking mix or buttermilk baking mix
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
    • 1-3/4 cups chicken broth
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced 

    Directions:

    1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir the baking mix, cheese, broth and garlic in a medium bowl with a fork. Drop 12 separate spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet. Repeat with teaming dough on another cookie sheet. Bake fot 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
