    Ingredients:

    • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and halved.
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 bunch of green onions thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain.
    2. In a mixing bowl, add butter, milk and hot potatoes. Mix into mashed potatoes.
    3. Add onions, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
    4. Serve hot with melted butter.
