    Breakfast Egg Spread

    Ingredients:

    • 6 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled
    • 1/4 cup refrigerated ranch dip
    • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    • 2 Tbsp. fully-cooked bacon, chopped
    • Whole grain baguette slices or toasted bagels

    Directions:

    1. Place eggs, ranch dip, green onion, salt and pepper in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Spoon into serving bowl.
    2. Top with bacon. Serve with baguette slices or toasted bagels.
