    Blueberry Morning Bowl

    Ingredients:

    • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice, drained, juice reserved
    • 3 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 tsp. honey, or to taste
    • ¼ tsp. grated lime zest
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries

    Directions:

    1. Whisk 1 tablespoon pineapple juice, Greek yogurt, honey and lime zest in a medium bowl.
    2. Fold in pineapple chunks and blueberries until coated with yogurt mixture. Serve immediately.
