Betty’s Homemade Salad Dressing

    Ingredients:

    • 6 eggs stir these up first
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 3/4 cup vinegar
    • 1 cup water
    • pinch of salt

    Directions:

    1. Stir eggs up first; cook until thick.
    2. Cool completely then add one jar of mayo or salad dressing.

    Note: This makes a great base for potato salad, macaroni salad or Cole slaw. Mix 1 cup of this dressing with 1 cup of BBQ and 1 Tablespoon liquid smoke to make great hamburgers and sandwiches.
