Beef And Cheese Roll-Ups

    Ingredients

    • 1 (25 oz.) pkg. dried beef
    • 4 ozs. Swiss cheese (sliced into 8 pieces)
    • 4 dill pickles (cut in half lengthwise)
    • 1/2 mayonnaise

    Directions

    Rinsed dried beef. Drain well. Place dried beef slices on each cheese slice. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on dried beef. Place pickle half in center of each; tack and roll. Secure with wooden picks.
