Apple Slaw

    Ingredients

    • 1 unpeeled red apple, diced
    • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
    • 1/2 red onion, chopped
    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1/2 fat-free, light vanilla yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons orange juice
    • dash of cinnamon

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients in medium-sized mixing bowl; stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
