Apple-Oatmeal Muffins

    Ingredients

    • 1 3/4 s rolled oats
    • 1 sugar
    • 1 dry buttermilk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 oil
    • 1 1/2 s flour
    • 3 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 banana, mashed
    • 1 (2 small) apples, chopped

    Directions

    Combine oats, sugar, milk, eggs and oil. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; gradually add to wet mixture. Mix lightly; fold in banana and apples. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling each half full. Bake at 350° 25 minutes.
