    Almond N’ Banana Protein Smoothie
    Yield: 2 Servings

    Ingredients:

    • 1 1/4 cups of almond milk, unsweetened
    • 2 scoops of any preferred vanilla-flavored protein powder
    • 1 ripe medium banana
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
    • 1/4 cup oats, rolled old fashioned or quick cooking
    • 1/4 cup almonds, whole

    Directions:

    1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold and enjoy!
