    Fruit, Granola & Yogurt Parfait

    Yield: 4 Servings

    Ingredients:

    • Individual Ingredient
    • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    • 1/4 cup cream cheese (may use fat free)
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    • Assorted sliced fruit (kiwi, banana, orange, variety of berries)
    • 1 cup honey oat granola

    Directions:

    1. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, honey and cinnamon. Chill.
    2. In parfait glasses, layer yogurt mixture and fruit.
    3. Top with granola.
