Homemade Egg Noodles

    Ingredients:

    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 2 Tbsp. milk or water
    • 2-3 cups flour

    Directions:

    1. Combine beaten egg, milk and salt.
    2. Add 1 cup of flour, mix. Continue to add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    3. Roll very thin, or run through a pasta machine until thin, then cut into strips. If you don’t have a pasta machine, fold dough into a square and cut into 1/4” wide strips.
    4. Separate noodles and spread out on a floured surface to dry (2 hours, or overnight). Makes 3 cups cooked noodles.
