Barbecue Ham Sandwiches

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. shaved ham
    • 1/2 cup catsup
    • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • Hamburger buns

    Directions:

    1. Combine catsup, vinegar, brown sugar and onions.
    2. Pour over shaved ham in 2 qt. casserole dish.
    3. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
    4. Spoon on buns and serve.
