    Indigo Bar Nuts

    Debbie served these warmed in a small slow cooker. They were delicious and very addictive. Consider doubling the recipe! ~Dee

    Ingredients:

    • 1/4 lb. assorted nuts
    • 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
    • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
    • 2 tsp. dark brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tbsp. butter, melted

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. Spread nuts out on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven until they turn light golden brown, about 10 minutes.
    3. In a large separate bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt and melted butter.
    4. Thoroughly toss the toasted nuts with the spice butter and keep warm on a low setting slow cooker for company.
