    Basic Protein Shake

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
    • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 – 1 cup choice milk (almond, soy, oat, unsweetened)
    • Additive suggestions: chocolate chips, peanut butter, coffee

    Directions:

    1. Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, stopping to scrape the sides, if needed. Add more milk to desired thickness.
