Crispy Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¾ cup crispy rice cereal
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. 
- Combine peanut butter, cereal and maple syrup in a medium bowl. 
- Roll the mixture into 12 balls, using about 2 teaspoons of mixture for each. Place on prepared baking sheet. 
- Freeze the balls until firm, about 15 minutes. 
- Roll in melted chocolate or use in peanut butter fondue. 
- Return to the freezer until the chocolate is set, about 15 minutes.
