    Mom’s Slush

    Ingredients:

    • 12 oz. Can frozen orange juice
    • 20 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    • 3 ripe bananas (or more as needed)
    • 3 12 oz. Cans of water

    Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients in an extra large bowl. Place in freezer.
    2. Stir a couple of times before frozen. May put in 8-to-16-ounce cottage or cream cheese container before frozen.
    3. Before drinking, allow to thaw for 10 to 15 minutes. Low calorie, very refreshing and good for you.
