    Bacon Quiche Tarts

    Ingredients:

    • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 5 teaspoons 2% milk
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup colby cheese, shredded
    • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    • 8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
    • 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    • Optional thinly sliced green onions

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
    2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion.
    3. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; press onto the bottom and up the sides of 8 greased muffin cups.
    4. Sprinkle half of the bacon into cups. Pour egg mixture over bacon; top with remaining bacon.
    5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F for 18 to 22 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
    6. If desired, top with chopped green onion.
