    Chocolate Mousse

    Ingredients:

    • 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate
    • 2 Tbsp. coffee liquor
    • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 cup heavy cream

    Directions:

    1. Melt chocolate in coffee liquor and orange juice in a double boiler. Set aside to cool.
    2. Put egg yolk and eggs in blender with vanilla and sugar. Blend 2 minutes on medium speed. Add heavy cream and blend 30 seconds. Add melted and cooled chocolate and blend until smooth.
    3. Pour into serving dishes and cover with plastic. Refrigerate 2 hours or more.
    4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
