    Quick Breakfast Shake

    Ingredients:

    • 1 med. banana
    • ½ cup sliced strawberries, blueberries or mangos
    • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
    • ½ cup almond milk
    • 2-3 mint leaves

    Directions:

    1. Place banana, fruit, yogurt, almond butter, almond milk and mint, if using, in a blender; process until smooth. If smoothie is too thick, thin it out with an additional splash of almond milk. If the smoothie is too thin, you can thicken it with a handful of ice.
    2. For a dairy-free smoothie, use coconut milk yogurt in place of Greek yogurt. For a nut-free smoothie, use ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds in place of the almond butter.
