    Japanese Salad

    Ingredients:

    • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and slivered
    • 1 1/2 heads lettuce, torn into pieces
    • 5 green onions and tops, thinly sliced
    • 1 sm. can Chinese noodles
    • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
    • 1/4 cups poppy seeds

    Dressing Ingredients:

    • 4 Tbsp. sugar
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    • 1/2 cup salad oil

    Directions:

  • Combine all salad ingredients and stir. Make dressing. Combine sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and salad oil and shake well.
  • Pour over salad and toss.
