Pork Chop and Noodle Casserole

    Ingredients

    • 6 pork rib or loin chops, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 4 cups cooked wide noodles
    • 1 can tomato soup
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons grated onion
    • Directions

      Brown pork chops slowly. Season with half of the salt and pepper. Place noodles in casserole. Dilute tomato soup with water; add grated onion and remaining seasoning and pour over noodles. Place pork chops on noodles. Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
