Pumpkin Pecan Bundt Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkg. spice cake mix
    • 1 cup pumpkin
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    • Whole pecans to top cake
    • Directions

      Blend ingredients and beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 5 minutes; add chopped pecans. Grease and flour bundt pan. Place whole pecans in bottom of pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 ? 45 minutes at 350° (in 13 x 9 pan: 35 ? 40 minutes).
