    Spiced Blackberry Whisky Sour

    Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz. bourbon
    • ¾ oz. blackberry liqueur
    • ¾ oz. lemon juice
    • ¾ oz. blackberry simple syrup
    • ¾ oz. egg white
    • 3 dashes black walnut bitters
    • Garnish:fresh or frozen blackberries and a lemon slice

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients except the garnish in a shaking tin with one ice cube and shake for 30 seconds.
    2. Open the shaker, fill with ice and shake a second time, 30-60 seconds.
    3. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with blackberries and lemon.
