    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 1/2 s flour
    • 1/2 nuts
    • 2/3 butter, melted
    • 1 sour milk
    • 1 teaspoon soda
    • 1 1/2 rhubarb, diced
    • Topping:
    • 1/2 sugar
    • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    Directions

    Combine sugar and butter; add egg, sour milk and vanilla. Mix well. Sift soda and flour; add to butter mixture. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 325° 40 minutes.
