Speedy Salmon Patties

    Ingredients

    • 1 (12 to 14 oz.) can salmon, skinless, boneless and drained
    • 1/3 onions, finely chopped
    • 1 egg
    • 5 saltines, crushed
    • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties, roll in flour and fry in butter, flipping half way through.
    Alternatively, you can air fry them. Place a parchment paper in your air fryer to prevent sticking or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cook at 400 °F for 8-10 minutes, flipping half way through the cooking time.
