Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups 7-Up
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Directions
Mix gelatin with water; add 7-Up, marshmallows and pineapple. Chill. Cook over low heat, butter, flour, egg, sugar and pineapple juice. Cool; spread over chilled gelatin.
