    Turkey-Rice Casserole
    Yield: 4-6 servings

    Ingredients:

    • 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    • 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
    • 1 1/2 cups milk
    • 1 1/2 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix
    • 3 cups cooked rice
    • 2 to 3 cups leftover turkey, cut up

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes; uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.
