    Blender Custard Pie

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups milk
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 4 eggs
    • 3/4 stick Margarine (6 Tbsp.)
    • 3/4 cup white sugar

    Directions:

    1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend; it will look curdled.
    2. No crust — it separates and forms it’s own. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 minutes.
