    Balsamic Glazed Carrots

    Ingredients:

    • 16 oz baby carrots
    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

    Directions:

    1. Place oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add carrots. Let them cook for 10-12 minutes (slightly soft).
    2. Add balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and thyme. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve immediately.
