    Pico De Gallo

    Ingredients:

    • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped
    • Cilantro, finely chopped, to taste
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Directions:

    1. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lemon/lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir until evenly distributed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with chips.
