    Yield: 6-8 Servings

    Ingredients:

    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 2 cups orange juice
    • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
    • 6 cups milk
    • 1 pint vanilla ice cream

    Directions:

    1. Blend honey with orange juice and grated rind.
    2. Add cold milk, stirring to blend.
    3. Top with vanilla ice cream and garnish with grated orange rind or a slice of orange.
