    Ingredients:

    • 9 pears, chopped fine
    • 1 cup crushed pineapple
    • 5 cups sugar
    • Juice of 1 lemon

    Directions:

    1. Mix together the pears, pineapple, sugar and lemon juice.
    2. Bring to boil; cook over low heat for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring until fruit is clear and liquid is thick. Makes about 6 pints.
