Corn Bake

    Ingredients:

    • 1 box Jiffy Corn muffin mix
    • 1 15 oz. Can cream style corn
    • 1 15oz. Can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 pint of sour cream
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 stick margarine, melted

    Directions:

       

    1. Mix everything together in a bowl. Place in a 2 quart glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 -40 minutes
