Sour Cream Pie

    Ingredients:

    • 1-9inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 Tbsp. corn starch
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 3 egg yolks, beaten
    • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind

    Directions:

    1. Mix sugar and corn starch. Add eggs and butter, then milk and lemon juice. Cook until thickened. Add 1 cup sour cream.
    2. Pour in pie shell. Cool, then top with whipped topping.
