Apple Cinnamon Bars

    Ingredients:

    • 1-3/4 cups sugar
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 cup oil
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 2 cups apples, cored, peeled and diced
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • powdered sugar for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Combine ingredients in order listed, and pour into a greased 13″x9″ baking pan.
    2. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes; cool.
    3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
