Homemade Spaetzle

    Ingredients:

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2C flour
    • 1/2 c milk
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    •  

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 
    2. Using a spaetzle maker, add dough to maker over boiling water. 
    3. Boil until they float, about 7 minutes. 
    4. Drain.  Add a pat of butter. 
    5. Serve stew over spaetzle
