Peach Jello Pie

    Ingredients:

    • 1 – 3 oz. box Peach Jello
    • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 Tbsp. corn starch dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
    • 3-4 peaches, peeled & sliced
    • Cool Whip

    Directions:

    1. Bring water to a boil and add sugar and Jello.
    2. Continue to boil until dissolved.
    3. Add corn starch mixture and stir until thickened. Cool completely.
    4. Add peaches and pour into a baked 9″ pie shell. Refrigerate.
    5. Cover with Cool Whip and serve. Yum! Yum!
