Roasted Garlic Spread

    Ingredients:

    • 7 medium heads garlic
    • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
    2. Arrange heads of garlic in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Sprinkle garlic with olive oil.
    4. Bake for 40 minutes to one hour.
    5. The garlic is done when it is soft and squeezable.
    6. Remove, let cool and serve on crackers or bread.
    7. Refrigerate leftovers.
