Applesauce Ambrosia

    Ingrediants:

    • 1 can (16 oz.) applesauce

    • 2 bananas, sliced

    • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges

    • 1/2c toasted slivered almonds

    • 1/2c flaked coconut

    • 32 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt

    Directions:

    1. Whip yogurt with a wire wisk.
    2. Add applesauce.
    3. Gently fold in remaining ingredients.
    4. Chill and serve.

    Serves 6
