Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup butter, softened  
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

    Directions:

    1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugars.
    2. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla.
    3. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    4. Fold in chocolate chips.
    5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
    6. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    7. Yield: 4 dozen.
